Facundo López

I work as a Freelance 2d Animator. I was born and I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I've been working in this area for a long time and I have more than 10 years of experience, both as a freelancer and as an employee.

My work reaches cel animation, character animation in After Effects, motion graphics, compositing and animatics development, as well as illustration and character design, although the latter occasionally. Lately, after working as a Lead Cel Animator on 2 featured films (both with the animation direction of masters such as Len Simon and Pablo Navarro), I've returned to focus fully on character cel animation, which is the area where I want to develop myself most.

I've worked for Argentinean studios such as Le Cube, Rudo Company, NotReal or Ronda, as well as international studios such as Wonderlust, State, Dinamita Animation, Rocketpanda, BLISS, First Fight and 3BOHEMIANS, to name a few.

Notable clients I worked for include: Google, Cartoon Network, Nick Jr., Nike, Facebook and IBM.

In addition, I teach a course on the renowned "Domestika" platform. It's called "Adobe After Effects for Character Animation".
